Program Provider Questions

Specific questions about a particular study abroad location and program should be directed to the respective program providers. Each program has a designated advisor. In addition, students and families can use customer service chat or phone numbers listed on a program provider’s website to connect with helpful program staff.

The following are some examples of specific questions that program providers can answer.

• How is housing abroad selected and assigned?
• How will students be billed for their housing and meals?
• How many credits are courses worth?
• What is the housing like?
• Where is the location of the program and the host institution?
• How far away is the host institution from housing?
• Are there any excursions included in the cost of the program?
• Are there any clubs that students can join while abroad?
