Program Provider Campus Visits

Interested in learning more about a specific study abroad program? Already applied and need support in preparation for study abroad?

Each semester, we invite representatives from our various affiliates to come to campus to discuss their various study abroad opportunities with interested students. Applied and prospective students are all welcome to these drop-ins and any info sessions and tables happening on campus.

In addition, our providers also host virtual webinars and advising opportunities prior to student departure. These are geared toward students who are applied and getting ready to study abroad very soon. Providers will reach out directly to students with details about these offerings, so please be sure to check for emails from them. Any sessions the CGE learns of will be posted here.

Drop-Ins

Drop-in and ask questions to our various program provider representatives. No appointment needed!

Our provider drop-ins will take place in the Center for Global Education (Harkins 215) unless stated otherwise. Dates, times, and locations do change, so be sure to check this page regularly for the most current information.

Please see below for the Spring 2025 drop-in schedule.

Info Sessions and Tables

Attend an in person or virtual informational presentation with our program provider representatives. Info sessions cover a wide range of topics about study abroad programs and are usually general in scope. Some of our affiliates will host info sessions on the same day as their drop-in advising hours. For virtual sessions, registration prior to the event may be needed. Regardless of info session format, we encourage students to take advantage of this resource to get as much information as possible.

For table events, our providers will set up and be present at an informational table on campus. Simply visit the location of their table in order to discuss their programs and your questions. This is similar to our Study Abroad Fair format, except there will be one provider available instead of many.

Please see below for the Spring 2025 info session and table schedule.
