CEA CAPA Sydney

About the Program:

Students on this program have a part-time placement where they will be interning for 15 to 20 hours a week, receiving 3-6 academic credits for their internship placements. To help provide the best experience possible, CEA CAPA places students in a site that best fits their academic major, personal interests, and abilities. In addition to the internship course (three credits), students take four additional courses worth three credits each.

There are placements available in wide range of industries including:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Marketing
  • Public Relations
  • Sports Management
  • Business Sales

This internship program is made up of four components: internship placements, masterclasses, mentoring, and career preparedness workshops. During the internship program, students complete reading and writing assignments, build an e-portfolio, develop an “elevator pitch” presentation, complete mock interviews, work on your online professional presence, give a final presentation, conduct industry field research work, and other professional development opportunities.

For more information regarding the internship component, visit their website here.

Visit CAPA’s website for the most up-to-date info on housing, visas, courses, and more.
