About the Program:
Students are encouraged to have taken 3-4 courses directly related to their internship field or 6 weeks of full-time work in the field. English-speaking internships are available, but Spanish proficiency will enable access to a wider array of internship placements.
There are placements available in wide range of industries including:
- Business Management
- Finance
- Marketing
- Non-Governmental Organizations and Development
- Public Relations
Students will enroll in a two-part internship seminar course that includes an academic seminar and an internship placement. In addition, they should select four elective courses from CEA’s study center course options. Students will spend 22 hours in their internship seminar and 120 hours at their placement for a total of 3 credits.
Sample Courses Taken By Past Program Participants
Note: In order to determine whether a particular course will be offered, you will need to look at the course catalog for the past fall and spring semesters. The courses below have been taken by previous students, but are not guaranteed to be offered during future semesters. Students and advisors should verify all PC equivalencies by using the Course Articulation Database, which has more current data than the static table below.
